Methodology

In short

The homepage starts with the highest immediate no-purchase signup reward. Other sorts compare paid package value, daily rewards, published processing windows or cash minimums. These are dated operator-published terms, not measured payout results. Commercial relationships do not affect ordering.

Published-benefit benchmark scores

The legacy score below remains in the benchmark data for continuity. It no longer determines the homepage order.

Methodology version: published-benefits-1. The three equally weighted components are immediate no-purchase signup Sweeps Coins, immediate SC per dollar in a complete purchase package, and the lowest published cash redemption minimum. There is no purchase-price cap in the overall score; the full package price is always shown.

Each component scores 100 multiplied by the number of comparable operators with equal or worse values, divided by the number with a comparable value. Higher signup and package values are better; lower cash minimums are better. The overall score is the mean of the three component scores. Scores are relative to covered operators, not a percentage cash return or a claim of market-wide completeness.

An explicitly absent benefit or a reviewed disclosure gap earns zero for that component, without claiming that a missing amount is numerically zero. We do not redistribute its weight. Overall scores require a supported value or completed absence review for every component. Ties use disclosure completeness, then operator name. A known lack of an offer counts as disclosure; collection failure does not.

Every bonus benchmark has its own eligibility criteria. Missing redemption information does not exclude an operator from a signup comparison. Staged totals, first-purchase conditions, full purchase prices and gift-card thresholds remain distinct. A no-purchase claim requires explicit support. General thresholds count as cash only when the source explicitly connects them to cash.

The homepage toplist

The homepage contains one list. An operator needs useful, source-backed information in at least two areas: signup offer, purchase offer, daily reward, redemption timing, or redemption minimum. Concrete descriptions count even when an amount is unknown. Cash and gift-card minimums count as one area. Empty listings and generic marketing claims do not qualify. The listing version is useful-benefits-2.

We label the benefit rather than excluding an entire operator by product type. Gold Coins and other entertainment credits can be useful for free play, but they are not redeemable Sweeps Coins. We do not convert unfamiliar currencies into SC. A gift-card threshold or a delivery estimate after approval can be displayed with its conditions without entering the cash-minimum or processing sort.

The default is highest immediate free signup SC, with an explicit no-purchase requirement. Equal confirmed signup amounts are ordered by the number of supported benefit areas, then by name. Each of the five areas counts once; multiple cash and gift-card thresholds do not add extra weight. This tie-break puts more useful comparisons first, not supposedly better casinos. Unknown signup amounts remain last, alphabetically. A paid package, staged total or chance to win cannot rank as a free signup reward. Row numbers are list positions, not overall casino ratings or measured payout ranks.

Best purchase value ranks immediate SC per dollar using the full stated price, without a price cap. First-purchase restrictions remain visible; the budget-specific pages compare packages under their own price ceilings. Apart from the default signup tie-break, each sort uses only its selected benefit, with unknown values last and alphabetical ties. Daily sorting is disabled when no fixed recurring amounts qualify. Variable rewards and first claims remain in the terms and operator pages, but do not count as fixed daily SC.

Daily sorting uses supported recurring no-purchase SC, not a first claim or staged welcome total. Processing sorting uses the upper end of an explicit processing or approval window, lowest first; nominal days are converted to 24-hour units for ordering. Business-day and calendar-day labels remain visible: this is a comparison of published windows, not predicted arrival dates. Unspecified day types, business-hour-only windows, minimum waits, delivery-only windows and end-to-end claims do not enter the processing sort. Sources and qualifications remain available for each figure.

Daily maintenance

Green badges mark published facts: a cash minimum of 50 SC or less, a stated fixed daily SC reward, or a bounded estimate of three days or less. Timing badges name the stage: approval, processing or the full payout. A delivery-after-approval estimate alone never earns a full-payout badge. Business days stay identified in the row and source detail. Amber badges flag offer conditions, such as marketing opt-in or entertainment-only Gold Coin rewards; they do not classify the whole casino.

The monitor is scheduled daily at 06:17 UTC. Configured comparison sources run before general discovery, so core reward and redemption pages are attempted within the bounded request budget. Remaining sources rotate by oldest check. Each run reports comparable attributes and missing fields separately from page-fetch success. A daily run does not guarantee a fresh value for every field. Failed access retains the previous dated evidence.

Last checked records the attempted source check. First observed records the first capture of a value. Change observed records a difference from the previous extracted value and its qualifying conditions; an initial observation is not a change. Rechecking an unchanged value does not reset its change date. These are observation dates, not claims about when an operator changed its offer.

Missing information and failed checks

We check operator homepages, promotions, relevant offers, help pages and linked rules, including rendered pages and PDFs when necessary. A documented absence review is required before missing disclosure affects a score. Blocked pages, failed extraction and unfinished collection are our evidence gaps, not operator transparency findings.

When collection fails, previously supported evidence retains its observation date. Scores are recalculated from those dated inputs; evidence is not presented as freshly verified. New superseding terms or a documented withdrawal take precedence. Operators with fewer than two useful benefit areas remain monitored and have profiles, but do not appear on the homepage.

Funded testing

Each test uses a real account, real identity verification and real money. We buy the smallest practical coin package, meet the playthrough requirement, then request a redemption and record timestamps for each stage: request, verification, processing and delivery. Repeat redemptions are measured separately from first redemptions, because verification dominates first-request timing.

Status labels

Measured payout rankings

We do not rank tested payout speed or reliability until at least three comparable funded tests have completed per operator: comparable means the same redemption type (first or repeat) and, where possible, the same payment method. Published-offer rankings do not imply that those tests have occurred.

Sources and claims

Every factual claim in an article traces to a listed source with an access date. Operator terms change frequently; when a terms-of-service document lists an effective date, we record it. If we cannot verify a claim, we either remove it or label it as unverified.

Corrections

Material corrections are recorded with a date in the relevant article's change log when one is present. Minor edits such as typos and formatting changes are not logged.
